Casting Opportunities
The purpose of this page is to provide links to some of the many casting sites and facebook pages we use every day to find jobs. Although we all have agents who find us work, we find great paid jobs on our own as well. These jobs add to your resume and overall experience and growth! Do you want to be an Extra on a Movie, TV Show, or Commercial?
You will be able to find a TON of casting sites on the Lee Talent Group facebook page under our Likes (these are other pages we've liked). But below are the main sites we check daily for opportunities. We don't do extra work for the money because it doesn't usually pay much. We do it for the experience, for our resumes, and to have fun!
1. ExtraOrdinary Casting: Darlene Hunt is the casting director and great to work with. You must register with them to be casts in a movie, TV show, or other projects. Registration is free. Click Here to go to their Facebook site to see current postings.

Networking
Models, actors, photographers, and filmmakers all LOVE to network. It's important for newcomers to search out and find the networks near them. The benefit of networking is to find others who have mutual goals and desires. Photographers often need models for sample shots or to build their portfolio. Filmmakers need principle and background actors to make their scenes look real. Movie trailers and short films are being shot by amatures and aspiriting directors everywhere. A simple google search will likely turn up several options for you to choose from. Do a little research first, then take a friend and visit the ones you like.

You can also find legit casting opportunities on Facebook and Craigslist. I ALWAYS tell people to use caution when responding to open, online castings from anywhere. Ask detailed questions about where to audition, times, pay, etc. And don't be afraid to bring a friend along just in case. A quick and easy place to find a TON of Facebook casting opportunities is the Lee Talent Group facebook page. Find our LIKES and click "see all" . Then scroll through the list. Like the ones you want and visit them often for castings. We've worked many jobs through pages like these.
